As an NCPS-registered Integratively-trained counsellor, with seven years experience, practising from a person-centred perspective, I will walk alongside you in your counselling process to help you identify any concerns or issues that are affecting you, explore them safely and confidentially, and support you in rediscovering your inner knowing to overcome them, as I believe we can be - and are - the experts in our own lives
